Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for our customers in Pakistan. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Changes
Need to make a change? Please reach out within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, we cannot guarantee order edits.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Lost Packages
If your parcel is lost during delivery, we’ll gladly resend your order — provided the shipping details were accurate at checkout. If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll wait 15 days to confirm the parcel’s status before processing it.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 7 business days.
